Apr\u00e8s le S\u00e9nat, qui avait vot\u00e9 pour sa suppression le 10 juillet dernier, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale se sont \u00e0 leur tour prononc\u00e9s dans le m\u00eame sens.<\/p>\n<p>Cette mesure avait \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 fin 2011, et mise en\u00a0place par Benoist Apparu, ministre du Logement de l\u2019\u00e9poque, pour encourager la densification sur tout le territoire, et ainsi r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de logement qui y s\u00e9vit.
